Getting down with Godot

This project is the result of experimenting with the super cool Godot engine over the last 2 or 3 weeks. Shoutout to all the awesome people in #help and #gdscript channels, and everywhere else in the Godot Discord server (https://discord.gg/tPkX6gT). Much blabbering in there got me over some large hurdles on my way to understanding this whole new (for me) game engine.

Godot is open source, and it's super fun working in it with 2D projects for me. Godot Nodes get a 9/10 from me. Check out Godot Engine: it's tiny, quite intuitive and free!

I think eventually I'd like to make the source for VOID Scoundrel public. Please let me know if there's any interest so I can know if I should be doing that sooner. Some of the workflows for adding new enemies, behaviors, weapons, etc. are fairly straight-forward so it would be easy for myself or others to expand the game.

(PS to linux people. I am afraid I might have done the big no-no and named all my files with Capital letters sprinkled about. I am not sure if this is a big problem or what, I'll look into releasing on linux and other platforms in the future.)
